Kim, Gary and I want to thank the staff and administrators at Coosa Valley Health & Rehab for taking such good care of our mother; this also includes our amazing Enhabit hospice team both from Marshall County, and the Gadsden area team. I can honestly say that they don't care about their employees. I was a dedicated employee that truly cared for my residents and my residents loved me back. I tried so hard to make sure that my patients were kept clean and comfortable. I worked overtime when they were short staffed, anytime they needed me. I really cared. I saw good nurses get fired for no reason. They have no respect for the good people that try to do a good job. They show no loyalty for the staff. This is why the place can't keep good people that try. This is why they have such a poor score. The nurses are pushed beyond their limits, and they are always short staffed. The residents don't get the proper care they deserve, because they either push good people away, or they have people who come in to work and end up quitting after being worked to death, getting no loyalty from the administration. I had high hopes that if I came in worked hard, took excellent care of my patients that it would gain myself a positive impact and I would stay till retirement. This place is miserable. Every single day. I wouldn't have a family member admitted to their facility. Lots of other great nursing homes in the area to choose from.

This place is horrible. They could care less about your loved one. They let them lay in a mess for hours at a time. They loose all of their clothes even if you tell them that you will do their laundry. If you care about your Loved one do not take them to this place. It is a joke. I would not take a stray dog to this place.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE DON'T WORK HERE
Short and simple! They don't value the residents or the workers. Durning the pandemic they've withheld material's to help keep down virus AND information from CERTAIN workers!!! They are ALWAYS ill prepared for important things and are usually unaware of what really needs to be brought to attention. This place will throw you to the wolves and watch you get eaten alive and cover it up like it didn't happen. Your life, health and family is more important then making money especially here!!!

My aunt we into this place walking and talking I wouldn't put No one in my family DHR WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WATCHING OVER WE CALL TO THE PLACE EVEN THE SOCIAL WORKER DIDN'T THIS LADY THAT IN THERE SAID THEY WERE KILLING US MY AUNT THE WOMAN THAT WAS IN HER ROOM WITH MY AUNT PASSED AWAY TO

Have a ex sister in law in here took her husband to visit an for some reason he is not allowed to go past the doors they bring her out to see him,,they are very rude to him an hateful ,,an he's 73 an she's 93 I've had speaker phone on when he calls,,some times they are nice but mostly rude an it's mostly office personal...
