Words cannot properly express how grateful we are for Wesley Place. The loving care they gave my mother-in-law was amazing. From the front desk to the office, everyone was always so kind. I can tell when nurses love their job, and it was evident they do. We will always be thankful for this place.

I asked what their financial requirements were, and what other paperwork was required. The rep told me the phone call would be terminated. Absolutely devasted by the inhumane service from the beginning. Unbelievable. They came highly recommended...

Wonderful meals, except when Penney was off, understand she needs days off, sure was glad to see her when she was back. Nursing staff cared with compassion and listened to my cares and problems. CNA's were for the most part very good especially Mercedes, even with being very pregnant. she always took care of my needs keeping me safe and making sure, she had met my needs, before leaving my room.The travel CNA's were especially good, especially Jones, I loved her bright smile and her bubbly personality, always made me good and she always took care of my needs and was very happy to do so. I could tell something special about each person that was involved with my care. PT was good as well as OT.My experience at Wesley was a good one and I would recommend Wesley Place to anyone and if I needed rehab again, it would be my first choice. Thanks to everyone that had a part in my recovery, wonderful staff, wonderful place for rehab!

I cant say enough about the staff and the facilities at Wesley Place. My father suffered a devastating stroke and needs round the clock care. The staff has been extremely caring and has helped him tremendously to get settled. Holly, the admissions coordinator went way out of her way to help get my father get admitted there at Wesley Place. I highly recommend Wesley Place.

My Mother has received excellent care in Assisted Living and is now in Full Time Care after a time in Rehab. We simply could not do without Holly Whitehead who has been an amazing support and friend throughout this time. Monica Roland has also been a huge lifesaver in negotiating the process of making everything work out to make this the best possible home for Mother. We are so very thankful for Wesley Place.

Terrible care! My mother waited and waited for staff here to help her. Many times I would find her call light on the floor. The halls were always shiny but the rooms were filthy! Often I found food smeared all over the wall beside her bed. My mom was overweight and couldn’t walk so the staff found it easier to let her eat in bed. They were too busy and they were often too short staffed to get her up and dressed and they rarely brushed her teeth. Her roommate was the person we had to rely on most for accurate information and other residents were very concerned about her lying in bed so much. She had a wonderful mind but rarely got to participate in activities due to the short staff problem. We had her on a waiting list for another nursing home when she contracted Covid. Covid went through there quicker than any other nursing home in this area. We went months without getting to visit her and they had shifted residents and dumped their belongings everywhere during this time! My mother and so many residents stayed confused during this process! There was NO PLANNING WHATSOEVER! Many other occasions my mom almost died there due to pneumonia and the staff was slow to evaluate her and get her proper medical care. When mom passed away last Oct.from Covid-we were thankful she was in the care of wonderful doctors and nurses at Southeast Health. If there was one wonderful nurse at Wesley Manor-it was Shannon. We are grateful to her for all she did. And the CNA’s Tina and Connie were wonderful! Think I’m missing one more can but you know who you are! Thank you for loving her!
Wesley Manor needs to be investigated in ALL areas of the skilled care units. It’s a travesty!!! Do not be deceived when they show you the assisted living facility! It is very Nice but the skilled nursing is so very sad and not well managed! If your family member needs individualized care-please go elsewhere!

Everyone has been very caring and courteous with my father. The CNAs have been so helpful, pleasant and professional. From intake to settling in to developing a routine all aspects have been beyond my expectations.

I visited Wesley on Honeysuckle with my mother, and we were both impressed. Mom will soon no longer be able to live alone but is having a hard time accepting to move out of her house. I look her to see Wesley after taking a tour of it myself. The staff was very attentive to Mom, talking directly to her and listening patiently to her concerns. She asked to return the following day to meet some of the residents; again we were warmly welcomed by all, and one of the ladies gladly let us visit her room. It is a place where I would choose to stay myself. And the winning card for Mom is that she can bring her cat.
