I just called and the guy said, ma’am there is too much feedback on your end and hung up the phone in my face after I been on hold for 20 minutes. That was inappropriate and unprofessional. When I called back it told me call volumes were too high and to call back at a later time and then disconnected. It would not be such high call volumes if the agents actually returned phone calls. Nothing is being done in my case, I’m trying to see if my agent quit, was fired, on vacation, or what. I have seen a view good reviews. Those people were lucky, because I cannot get anyone to call me back or get my case sorted out. They need to send out surveys to everyone, so we can give names and tell what we’re experiencing. When you’re sick and need help, this only makes things worst!!

This is the worst social security office I’ve dealt with. When I was living in Atlanta. I never had a problem when I needed the agent to call me back who is over my son case. This office you can’t even get a call back at all. The man who is over my son case he never calls back. I’ve left multiple voicemails. I give this place a 0 rating. Every state is different. Montgomery is poor anyways.

Excellent service. Wait time was very reasonable as a walk-in customer. My issue was resolved quickly. Upon leaving, another gentleman and I were standing at the exit doors waiting for the heavy rain to let up. The lobby security guard, umbrella in hand, offered to walk us to our cars. Again, the friendly service was much appreciated. (Mar 15, 2024 @ noon)

We were able to be seen without an appointment. We waited about an hour but all changes and updates were accomplished. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I currently get SSI for my daughter. I report every month as well as call with any changes or updates and they still claim to over pay me. I feel as if I am being scammed. No one ever returns a phone call even after leaving messages and almost everyone who answers has a crappy attitude. It’s ridiculous.

My Wife Went To The Local Office To Inquire About A Missing SSDI Survivor Payment&The Lady@The Window Who Claimed She Was Trying To Help My Wife, Actually Wasn't Trying To Help Her@All!, Instead, She Went&Got A Manager That Was Very Ugly&Unprofessional &They Told My Wife They Were Going To Issue A Non Receipt&Issue Another Payment &Still Hasn't &It's Been OVER a Week Now&Still NOTHING, but They Wanted To Make It Appear As Though My Wife Did Something Wrong!, We Live Off Of A Fixed Income&When We Have Bills That Are Due&Can't Pay Them Because Of A Mistake They Made, Than That Exasbates My Major Depression &PTSD!
