Urban Alliance is located in the old Stockbridge Avenue United Methodist Church along with several other nonprofits Urban Alliance is very positive and uplighting and are some amazing people doing great thing for the community and individuals. In addition Momentum is here. Building Blocks of Kalamazoo. As well as Michigan United. All doing wonderful things for the community.

Two words: Chess Club

Need me to expound? Ok I’ll do it.

Chess club Tuesday nights 6pm till past 8pm. Young and old and everyone in between invited. Come hungry…the next logical question, besides did dragons ever actually exist, is, of course, hungry for what?

Well, I’m glad you asked! Hungry for what I’d call a three course meal.
Course one: hungry to learn, because you will be taught something if you want
Course two: Hungry to win. Although, you may get crushed every game and that appetite for a win might not come to fruition
Course three: hungry for food. You might not fill your winning hunger, but you can fill your belly hunger! Little Caesars or Taco Bell, official food of Chess club

I think that urban alliance,have potential I don't feel that there motive is to help people,maybe the ones that they attach themselves to and like,I think they may go out there way to only help the ones they want too.i think urban alliances can be involved a little more from what I observed and to remember the cause,and reason why they do what they do,it's not for them it's for the people that want help...urban alliance wasn't what I expected to be,I think they to reevaluate themselves first ,then come up with plans to help people, because two people that has a problem can't solve anything..I am very disappointed at urban alliance for allowing such foolish and for me to get hurt seeking help,shame on you!!! This is absurd for someone like myself to have to experience what I just did..
