This was the worst experience I've ever had. It was so bad I was forced to leave. My stuff was stolen and broken into,the locks I bought were picked, I was attacked (verbally) and threatened by roommates whose seemed to be drug addicts and loose women. I would inform staff of the behavior,they would be passive about the situation,dismissive and oftentimes side with the people that were clearly guilty of what they were were doing against me. I followed the chain of command but my concerns were dismissed. I've had to file not only one but two police reports against a few of these women because of physical harassment/ theft. I was a woman at this shelter who was not a drug addict, good hygiene, worked a job, literally just in a season of transition was treated badly. While women that are clearly dope fiends and thieves are treated with respect . I literally experienced jealousy and hate from some of the staff as well as residents. Staff sat back and saw some of the things take place and chose to do nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place due to the fact that they will allow crimes to be committed against you and have people threatened your safety while you here.

The customer service during lunch is horrible. The lady running the show needs to be reminded that she can quickly be in the shoes of those who they serve. But I do love the services that The Salvation Army offers.

I recently drove a friend back to this location. It was much nicer than expected. The campus seemed very clean, organized, almost had a wow factor. This is not what I had pictured it to be.
Everyone there waved and was friendly.

Very rude as usual. I visited someone on their property yesterday who has been staying there for two weeks. I called today to speak with them and the guy yelled at me, told me hippa prevents them from putting him on the phone and to call the women's intake so they can curse me out and tell me the same thing. Literally that's what he said to me. The first guy put me on hold claiming he was going to find Jeremy the person i called for then this angry hostile man gets on the phone and wouldn't even allow me to get a word out. Very Very sassy. I did not like that.

These people are very unethical and corrupt. They were watching me and my kids in the restrooms and the rooms, bragging about what I wear and privacy. Also the Majors like Brett and his wife teach the word of God but does not know God. Judgement is over ALL of your heads.
