We moved into our Apt from Pt Clear, in April, 2024. Perfect choice for us. We have a full kitchen, eating area, 2 baths, 2 BR, study, living room and utility space for washer and dryer. Plus spacious balcony. One monthly bill provides our meals, Numerous activities to suit everyone,, transport to malls, restaurants, and doctors, indoor and outdoor pools, theater, library, card rooms, town hall room for big events, exercise rooms, physical therapy room, all utilities, maid service weekly (includes bed changed), all maintenance, and a cheerful staff that bends backwards to accommodate us. The salon is a concession and provides on site service at the going rates in town. Residents have tons of fascinating experiences to share. It is a wonderful place to fill up this stage in our lives. We are in independent living, but it is comforting to know that a move on site to assisting living and memory care is here when and if we need it. We eat dinner together each evening at linen napkin/tablecloth dinner at two, four, and eight place tables from a menu with many options of deliciously prepared meals. Plus a bistro with coffee, juices, sandwiches, salads, drinks, and ice cream open 24/7. I have not met one resident dissatisfied with their decision to move here. We are thankful for the Reserve. The facility is beautiful. The office personnel were wonderful, personable, and welcoming. The tour was outstanding. However, I am a female widow, still working. All inclusive is wonderful, but I would not be in my apartment for the meals. So, the price of living at this beautiful place was too costly for my current lifestyle. A beautiful place e. Our cottage is commodious; the staff members are unfailingly friendly and responsive; the food is consistently well-prepared and tasty. All in all, we are very pleased with The Reserve.
