Poorly trained staff. Difficult to reach management to ask why caregivers do not show up as scheduled. Rude office staff. Caregivers are not consistent from day to day. Private information from patients shared publicly. Caught caregiver looking through patients prescription medication, although she is not licensed to medicate patient. Avoid this company if you value your elderly or disabled loved ones.
