I have no idea where the siren/whistle....Constant annoying sound directly threw my apt. It is extremely noisy and I hope someone could figure out what or why it does this ? I live on Pine street my apt faces Lake Superior down Arch Street. Some where down there either the water shed..something makes this annoying sound.
