Nice Catholic church in Houston at the intersection of Shepherd and Westheimer. It’s been around forever and has a devout congregation. Parking is a bit tough at times and so is the exit from the parking lot onto Westheimer. Mass was very traditional.

I've gone to St. Anne for awhile now for YCP events and they've always been great to us. The Parish Center is quite large, and very nice. There are 2 stories. It's kept up very well. The young adult group here is quite large, and they organize a lot of great intramural events. As far as the parish goes, I'm not sure, but I can almost guarantee you it's a good one.

Priests read their messages. I wish they can share more their Christian experiences and what they have in their hearts because they have a lot to share with us. This will
make the message less mechanical and more personal.

Peaceful and encouraging message, always with some additional questioning at the end for us to practice and remember after the mass. All priests show compassion and love for everyone.

As a Christian, I am deeply disappointed by the behavior and prideful rudeness of the staff here. The church ladies seemed to genuinely enjoy being condescending and disrespectful towards our team for a wedding, several times throughout our time here. They purposefully sought us out while standing still, waiting for the ceremony to start, to threaten us again and again that they would ask us to leave if we didn’t follow the rules during the ceremony. We have photographed hundreds of catholic ceremonies in the past 12 years and have never been mistreated like this. (This is the first review we have ever written.) Our team respects all rules and regulations for every church we enter but it was disheartening for us to endure their tone of voice, facial expressions and unnecessary threats without cause. Kindness and love goes such a long way and it was disappointing to witness people that claim to serve God, treat strangers as poorly as they did us. We, unfortunately, will never accept another wedding here because of it. We understand that humans are imperfect and make mistakes but to purposefully mistreat someone over and over again is no longer a mistake. Their behavior seemed practiced, calculated and enjoyable to them. We are astonished.

As a visitor to this church I was rudely asked to move from my pew seat to make way for a family. Because the family came in late I was forced to stand for the mass. The ushers did not try and find me a seat.

I would find another church in the area were there is compassion and understanding and a willingness to help those around them.

Plot twist: the mass was over superiority over others.
