Prior to the closing to closing of the Midtown location. The Rice Village location was well kept. The place was kept clean and the equipment was well maintained. This is no longer this case. A flat bench in the free weight error was broken and removed around June 2024. As of Feb 11, 2025 the bench has not been replaced. The bench can't cost more than $1000. Here is a pic of the fly machine with a sit that has been broken since October 2024. Members use weights prop up and stabilize sit. I know 24hr doesn't think they are contractually liable if someone gets hurts, but a good lawyer,,,,,,,,,,,,,.
I don't think problem, but an upper management problem and a change in the 24hr business model.

Large 4-story gym with plenty of equipment and friendly staff

The first floor features a pool, large hot tub, sauna and steam room and a guided training area. The second floor has plenty of weight machines and a yoga area. The third floor has a basketball court, dance studio, and all the cardio machines. The basement has separate locker rooms, a spin studio / flex room.

Overall, the equipment isn’t the newest or nicest but gets the workout done. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Been a member for almost 10 years. Love the Dunstan location. Shout out to Devon always chilling to help and checks on members throughout the facility. Wish the court was 24 hours again though lol.

I have been going to this location for about 5 years. It used to be well maintained. Over the past year, it has slowly gone downhill. There are constantly pieces of equipment in need of repair. Some down for weeks. They use to repair and replace old, work out, and cracked seat cushions regularly. Now, they just let it go until it's unusable. There's equipment with rips and tears all over. And some broken equipment isn't repair or replaced it's simply removed and nothing left in its space.

On a good note, the place is usually pretty clean for a gym, and the staff is nice. But they need to step up and get back to the quality they once had. Their quality seems to be going down, while my monthly fee goes up. This isn’t acceptable.

If I could give them no stars, I would! Between the parking garage situation and the dirty pool/locker room area, I don’t know which is worse. Having to walk up and down wet stairs to access the pool and locker room is INCREDIBLY unsafe. To add insult to injury - there was no one at the front desk to great me when I arrived.

I definitely will not be returning to this location.

Horrible gym. It just keeps getting more ghetto. Machines broken all the time. Showers always dirty. Just a disappointment

3/30/24: FOR THE GOOD LOVE OF GOD!! Why don't you clean the restrooms!! It's absolutely disgusting! The women's restroom (3rd floor) usually has toilet paper on the floor, and the men's restroom on the 3rd floor--- I use it whenever the women's restroom is locked, and for literally a month now, there is dry stool all around the rim of the toilet!!! It's absolutely disgusting -- the last 3x I went in there and saw the dried poop was still all over,I exited and just waited on the women's restroom.. seriously -- I k ow no one wants to do this job, but this is a business, yes Someone needs to hire someone to clean! Absolutely GROSS.

3/29/24 @3:18pm: I am at the gym now and on the 2nd floor, where the weights are. The bottles with cleanser in them are all here, but none of the nozzles work. So we're actually having to unscrew the nozzle and just pour the liquid onto the machines to clean them. I called the reception/front desk and it rang multiple times before finally disconnecting me. I'm going to be sure to say something when I go downstairs but just wanted to document that this is what's going on.

-- addendum: So I went downstairs and the young gentleman at the front was actually on the phone for quite a bit with a customer who had a lot of questions, it seemed. Once I told him what was going on, he went upstairs immediately. All is resolved.

The staff, trainers and facilities are fantastic at this location. Devon the assistant manager, Jacoby who works mornings are both extremely friendly and helpful. I trained with Jasmine Walker for over a year and lost 50 pounds. Recommend for sure!
