It's hard to describe, so enjoy my attempt to"review" this establishment:
Sera Phi is... like an art gallery. Or is it an installation in itself? It's definitely a workspace, a recording studio, occasionally a private event space, a working kitchen, a yoga studio, and a therapeutic technology exploration center....(?!)
Sera phi presents purple, and identifies as a definite vibe.
beautiful yoga studio surrounded with sound (are the floorboards vibrating with the bass?) and light ambience is sure to enhance the meditative ascension. If you're looking for a sound healing chamber facilitator, or you ever wanted to see Tesla coils, or try some electrified zhungite stone on your occipital and coccyx, Stephen can hook it up.
The owner, creator, musician, or operator is Stephen 'Serananda'
He's new age spiritually presenting neurodivergent superfood chef. So when he isn't uncomfortable because something misaligned, he's very interesting, funny, light hearted, helpful, and inspired.
The superfood ideas and occasional creations are really energizing and healthy and healing.
The various events hosted here have opened many eyes and minds to new practices and principles. Places like this serve as a Nexus of ideas. I've met people from all around the world here. And all walks of life.
Yes, this is more of a tangent than a "review" but I'll go on, because it's fun to reminisce.
Sera phi had its twin/predecessor in San Francisco. There is where I heard the word"light workers" for the first time. I've learned about what it means to be autistic, live neurodivergently, and how this society is not easy to live in. It's the first place where I really saw the divine feminine honored alongside divine male, and was able to step away from the program of the programs patriarchy and oligarchy. It's where I met evolvers, burners (burningman), arcturians, aurelians, and lumerians. So if past lives and ancient civilizations are your jam, then this is a welcome place for you! Through some workshops that came through sera phi event space I also experienced pranayama and different branches of yogic wisdom.
In this Renaissance of a time that we're living in, it's important to practice discernment. Some charming people can have terrible character, while some strange weirdos are actually more pure of heart then the norm. I put Stephen in the Pure Heart category. I have to put that out there, because I think he can come off strange to people who don't buy into past lives, other dimensions, psychedelics, or ancient civilizations. So if, like me, you're open minded and mostly concerned with raising your own vibration for the good of all sentient beings, and assisting in finding out how we can get to humanity's highest vibration, like bodhisattva level, then you'll find good friends at Sera Phi. But if your a charlatan and taking advantage, then you'll eventually get found out. The good will prevail. Just practice discernment as you go through these crowds and these times!
I want to reiterate that I consider Stephen a joyful, generous, and kind guy with a lot of ideas (to many in my opinion) and a lot of inspiration (which I always appreciate!) He's there for you as a friend with a kind word and skilled at reflection talk if you need it, too, to point out subconscious neurolinguistic programs and consciously choose a new mentality from the old. Only your good friends or your therapist will do that for you!
In this earthly world of physical and emotional pain, finding the path to what is actually healing, helpful, and righteous is a journey in itself. I think it's in the mode of goodness to explore everything, ie, essential oils, precious gems, sound, light, and what various plant teachers have to offer. Discernment and moderation!
Ultimately everything is in our minds. We are all being created in every new moment. "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind"
