They respond. They are nice. Some immediate help with certain things like POA but when critical, crucial help is sorely needed they give great hope and things are strung out until your loved one is going or gone.

Kaitlyn was not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she has a wonderful sense of compassion. I really enjoyed spending time with her and learning from her He r work ethic and willingness to help is refreshing in this day and age. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who needs guidance with resources for the elderly in Alabama and esp the Dothan area.

Great company for the elderly, disabled, and veterans! They offer many services for those in need. It's definitely a hidden gem that most folks don't know about. If you have a disabled, elderly, or veteran loved one or friend this is the place to contact. They are also in charge of the personal choices program for caregivers. They also help you with getting SSID benefits and much more!

I recently visited the Dothan Sarcoa office seeking help understanding options for Medicare part D.... but came away with far more. The resources available are only one-uped by the staff. Rachael Stephens was extremely knowledgeable about everything medicare and worked hard to understand our situation in order to find the most cost effective options. They are able to assist with many situations with the older (and getting older) citizens. Don't hesitate to seek their help!
