I've been here for quite some time and I've never had any issues! Anytime things need fixing, maintenance(Terry and the guys) are on it asap. Lorie is the most sweetest, caring and understanding property manager I've ever had! She has kept every promise since she's been here from opening the pool to getting cameras installed all around the complex to ensure our safety! I love it here and just renewed my lease for another year! Long as they're here, I'll be here as well!! Thanks for everything 🥰💙

We recently moved in and Mrs Lori was so helpful and sweet when we called. It didn't matter how many questions we had, she was very patient with us!

We absolutely love it here! It's peaceful and our apartment is beautiful!
They worked hard to have it ready for us very quickly. We are very greatful they made the transition as easy and as welcoming as they did!

For my 1year and 4 months here living In Riverwalk Apartments and Townhomes. I have no problem at all. Our Property Manager Ms. Lorie Lineberry is very helpful
To us. She always respond promptly to my inquiries . She is friendly and nice. She is one of the most understanding person I know. Thank you Miss Lorie and Terry.

I have known Ms. Lori from my stay on another one of her properties. No matter the property, she (and team) work consistently and admirably to make sure tenants are heard and taken care of. I had no worries moving to Riverwalk. The community is safe and pretty quiet; I have had no drama since moving here a year ago.

This has complex has been an awesome place to live... it's quite the neighbors are super nice. Mrs Lorie is amazing and will help you in anyway she can.. I haven't had any issues with my townhouse other than a light that maintenance had fixed in no time.. we love it..

Ms. Lorie is one of the sweetest ppl you’ll ever meet! She will go out of her way to help you with anything she can! Could not ask for a better manager! Love Riverwalk Apts. they are nice neat clean and quiet! And if anything goes wrong she will have Terry and his crew out asap!!!
