They don't answer the phone when called don't help the homeless people out they keep saying we help out me and my wife been under One roof for three and a half years and they are not wanting to help no one really they don't like it when you call them they don't answer they don't call back I have left numerous voicemails with our phone numbers to get in contact back with us and they did not do that they said that they called us one time never did so they gave a housing that we were supposed to have to somebody else and they really don't care about the homeless all they really do is

Been waiting for a call back for days, they told me I need proof of homelessness, which I've got, but the won't answer the phone or call back. I really need assistance, and it was hard to reach out and ask.

This is a great company with plenty of necessary resources for those who need assistance. However, the downside to One Roof is that they only personally aid those, without running water, lights, and a roof over their head. So, technically you will only receive assistance if you are literally considered as "HOMELESS". Although they did give walk-in inquiries (myself and my friends) complimentary fashionable Aztec-patterned twin-sized blankets a large container of sanitizing wipes for each of us.

I can never seem to get them to answer the phone. Called them 8 times in a row today left a voicemail with my name and number and no one got back to me. you may think that is excessive but when you're calling almost everyday with no answer or call back what else is there to do. I've gone to other organizations and mentioned one roof and they all have the same opinion. They don't like them. One roof lacks major communication. They get your hopes up thinking they'll keep in touch but in the end your left to fend for yourself.

I was waiting on them to help me get into housing program but every since May of 2023 Ive called up there every week sometimes 2 or 3 times a week on some weeks n I end up getting transferred couple times then im told 2 leave message and my call would be returned an thats what ive been told since June 2023 and as of today 8/3/2023 currently waiting on my call 2 be returned
