I would not recommend this place ever. As far as some of the residents and the owners, depending on who you are, it depends on ones level of care. It's actually sickening. If you're in that money resident/family, click everything was ok, but if you're not, those remaining residents and employees are neglected." I would never share information and negative reviews unless it was the truth, and I could back it up. They do have a few employees who truly love the residents and helped me and my mom. I am thankful for them. Some went out of their way to care not just for my mom but for others. In my opinion, the owners need to be more professional and more in touch with what all is going on there, they need to hire more staff and qualified people to take better care of the residents, including making sure that the rooms were clean and the trash was taken out and the residents were being properly fed and that they were getting their meds in a timely manner. There were times I would visit my mom, and I could tell SHE HADN'T GOTTEN HER PAIN AND ANXIETY MEDS. There were only a few people that I trusted to pass out daily meds. There was so much underhanded negligence that went on that they get away with because they are a non medical facility, so they don't have to follow every state guideline like those at true medical facilities. If someone reports them, they are "DECEITFULLY" good at damage control. They are so understaffed. Most employees were worn out. And they only have 1 employee for 3rd shift. And no alarms on the doors that make a loud enough noise to keep an intruder out. Anyone can just walk in. My mom couldn't sleep many nights because she was scared. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this was about MY MOM. I can not in good conscience let this go. This is what my mom asked me to do. We were in the process of getting her out of that place, but she died 2 days before that could happen. This is the last good thing I could do for her. To inform others about what we experienced and lived through. Hopefully, by sharing her story, we can help prevent others from making the same mistakes we did. You can be rest assured that there were many more DISTURBING issues. The only comfort I have is that God knows and sees everything. My precious mother is not laying there in agony with bed sores and broken bones anymore. She is with her sweet Jesus forever and ever. ✝️❣️🙏🏻.

My parents lived here for 1 1/2 years. The techs are really nice, but understaffed and literally every one of them complained to us how underpaid they were. B/c of this, residents get little attention. Meals are a joke. The night tech (literally the only one there) opens cans of soup and melts one piece of cheese on a piece of bread and calls it a grilled cheese. This was supper most nights. The soup was never even hot. We had to keep food in my parents room for them to eat at night. Again, since there was no help, the rooms were rarely cleaned. I vacuumed it several times, until the vacuum broke and the owner was too cheap to replace. I think one of the girls that worked there brought hers from her home to use. From all I could tell the owner was very cheap because they would not spend money on meals, would not hire enough people to make sure the rooms and the residents were taken care of. We finally moved my parents and that’s the best thing we could’ve done. The difference between where my mom is now and there is like night and Day. I just wish we had moved them sooner. I would not recommend this place to anyone if they have literally any other choice.

I felt like we were lied to just to get our money. I was told so many good things that would be done at this facility for the care of my mother-in-law. It's more about the money than it is about the residents. There were never enough workers. She fell twice while under their watch and ended up in the hospital both times. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a very pretty place and has some great aneminties however they do have some employee issues. SOME EMPLOYEES THAT ARE Awesome goes above and beyond what is expected of them in all areas treats their residents as family and then you have employees that are just there for the money, not properly caring or cleaning of residents nor their living area. You have awesome employees treated awful then u have boss pets that are treated well these people are the ones who treat everyone bad but bossman loves them! . Workers underpaid and the place makes a killing! Please so you checking deep into.the place, make many surprises viscosity. Listen at conversation when nobody know you are there. Check up on the workers for your loved ones. Demand that they hire people who did a good job and cared. With a raise get rid of thee ones brushing off duties on another. Doing illegal things on job. It's all these precious people have and they are not getting what they deserve

then you have ones who leave
residents in the rooms all night , not keeping them clean. But they seen to be pets. Its very unfair place to work andnpays so little to charge so mucemployees who get fired over something they shouldn't have been fired

Great facility where owners are there daily. Compassionate, experienced staff. All go above their call of duty. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
