A stunning renovated facility! I was definitely impressed with the upgrades. It’s always tough to find a great facility and healthcare provider, but this place exceeded my expectations. During the tour with Victoria, she made me feel at ease and relaxed during what could have been a stressful time. She helped me find the right home for our family member, and her bright smile and welcoming personality truly made me feel like I was at home. Highly recommend!!!

Clean, no odors in the facility, residents are clean and in fresh clothes. The facility recently got a remodel as well so it's aestheticly improved and has updated furnishings. Staff has been consistently kind and helpful when I reach out to speak to my father who resides there.

We had a terrible experience at Northside there are so many things it's not right there, uncaring CNAs uncaring nurses, couldn't even find a thermometer my husband was burning up with a fever I had to bring my own thermometer from home, they finally found their thermometer and it wasn't working, I asked about them doing vital checks and was told they only did that upon admission not on a daily basis. Very rude employees got the same phrase over and over again that's not my job that is somebody else's job, the rehab Department does not help get the residents ready for Rehab I was told that was the CNAs job and they don't do their job supposed to get everyone up and ready, one CNA went as far as to tell the therapist that my husband refused therapy that's why he wasn't ready I spent the night there and was there all that day and nobody even came in and asked him about therapy that was just a flat out lie because she didn't want f o o l with getting his clothes on and putting him in a hoya lift too much trouble from every one of the CNAs that I saw we're complaining their back hurt their arms hurt well I'm sorry that's part of the job if you aren't physically able to do it you don't need to be there . A big round table meeting with the higher ups everyday when I told them they needed to get out of that meeting and start walking the halls and see what's going on in this place. Yes they did remodel the place and it looks nice but just like the old saying goes you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig you have to have caring people to work better and what concerns me the most this was the rehab Department if they treat people in the rehab Department that way I just worry about the long-term residence the ones that can't speak for themselves. Please if you have a loved one there go by and check on them daily. Also other things that are concerning no hand sanitizers anywhere, the front door is left open 24 hours a day no security whatsoever, and don't even try to call down there at night you can't get ahold of anyone

This place is is horrible very unprofessional they do not take care of the patients my mother has been there going on 2 weeks they still don’t have her medications right . Suppose to be getting antibiotics from a er visit still hasn’t had any was told today that they would have to find a wash cloth and a towel to give bath it’s 1:20 pm and she has only been changed 1 time today . Called to speak with nurse Tammy about everything and she was so rude and condescending I have never seen a nursing home that didn’t have the basic supplies to care for the patients . I will be calling state today I would give zero starts if I could

The CNA's are wonderful and caring.They go above and beyond.All of the staff work together for the residents making sure they are clean and rooms are clean and happy

New owners new administrator new dietician new DON! This place is changing for the better! They are completely renovating the building. The new owners are so involved with staff and really truly care about the residents and their home.
