Kayla, Amanda, and Michael have all been amazing! They’ve gone above and beyond to make this process as seamless as possible! Amanda patiently and throughly answered the million questions I had about the process, which was greatly appreciated. Kayla is an angel! Not only did she provide a virtual tour of all available spaces, but she literally drove to my dad’s apartment JUST to bring a stool to help him get into a car! To make it even easier, Michael completed my dad’s assessment right in his home. I highly recommend Monarch Place for any one in need of a little extra care.

Monarch Place in Hanceville is by far one of the best assisted-living facilities that we visited. The facility, as well as the administration, was above board, honest, and beyond helpful. We met with the administrator, the admission director, and the director of nursing, who all made us feel very comfortable and confident about the transition of our mother to Monarch Place.
Hunter McDowell, the Admission Director, went out of his way to go above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure our mother and us to feel as comfortable as possible. We've been there for several months, and we have another relative who has been there for several years, and we are very pleased. Thank you, Hunter McDowell, for going above and beyond to help us get our mother into the facility. You answered every question that we had and made us feel very comfortable. You were above board and truthful with everything you said. Thank you again.

We did look at some that were a little bit cheaper, but they did not come even close to the type of facility Monarch is. We visited several that were much more expensive and still didn’t compare to Monarch Place. We are beyond satisfied with Monarch Place. We had some friends from our church who had placed their mother in another facility regretted it, and now have switched over to Monarch Place.

Just spoke with a person who must be the one responsible for attracting business. As I questioned details around pricing structure, he stated his vast experience and knowledge of all local facilities pricing and that I would not find anything cheaper. I then commented that 2 days ago I spoke with a facility with a “Community Fee” that was $1,000 less than what this facility was charging. His response was “I wouldn’t want to stay in the cheapest hotel, but that’s just me.” Very disappointed that at a difficult time, this guy was trying to “Guilt Close”.
I am modifying my rating from a 2 star to a 4 star due to timely reaction to my initial review, reported coaching conversation with the person referenced above and successful follow up and actions taken to ensure a successful move in of my family member.
Perfect results are an unachievable expectation. Perfect effort is not. Thank you for your effort Vicki!

I have called to find out information and pricing for my Mom two times and also emailed once. When I did not receive a response from my email, about 3 weeks, I called and the receptionist was unable to help and took a message for someone to call me ( the nurse). After another 4 weeks, I called again, talk to the same receptionist, who at this time informed me she had no record of me calling and was a little rude. She again took down my name and number to have someone to call, and assured me my call would be returned this time. It has again been another 4 weeks and no one has called or responded to the original email.
