I just toured this community and met the team and residents. They were all so welcoming and hospitable, it was Cinco De Mayo and they were having tacos and did the Macarana. It's an Independent Living and they don't have nurses so I don't understand the other review, maybe that's a different location. I had a great time! These pics are from their Facebook page.

We were called out in May of this year 2022 on an emergency call due to a water leak in the ceiling and responded promptly. We performed the work flawlessly and maintenance approved of the repair. However when we provided our pre-approved invoice, we never heard back from them. They refuse to call or answer regarding when they intend to pay their bills. I wonder if they would be so understanding were this a resident refusing to pay them?
