KHNA ignored disability status, made promises of acceptance for program, told me they had funding and when i reach out to find out why taking months i get an email from Gina telling me "i'm sorry, i thought i reached out to you. the deadline has passed". No letter, no acknowledgement of their ineptness. Complaints to manager and requests for investigation have gone unanswered while disabled seniors eligible for programs are neglected. They have even ignored Freedom of Information Request I filed in order to address shortcomings! If you want to get benefits you better take a lawyer with you because these people are sucking up tax dollars as wages and not performing the tasks they are obligated by their sponsors to accomplish!
