I went to get assistance for my children and I . They asked for my lease, no problem. When I went back with the woman to determine what they could assist with , she completely badgered me and told me bad things would happen to me and my baby if I didn’t utilize the tools God has for me. It’s like she assumed I wasn’t close to God because I told her I struggled with anxiety. I’m pregnant and hormonal , that’s normal. I was married to a pastor and used to be a minister , and it felt like discrimination as to why she assumed I wasn’t aware of what I needed to do. A neighbor of mine, male, went a few days later and they gave him way more than I got, didn’t ask for his lease, and they showed him way more compassion as a single father . The only reason they got two stars is because I got assistance with clothing and a dresser.

Great Friendly People. Really Went The Extra Mile to Help Everyone. From The Staff Moving in The Items, to The Internal Staff Helping. Front Desk Lady, Not So Nice to Someone Who Was There for Help and Was Denied the Use of The Female Bathroom...

Currently not at all happy. I took the time to load up my car. Checked to make sure they are open. Drove all the way there only to find they have the donation center closed today. They lost out on 5 boxes of nice clothing and 4 nice suitcases....it all went to Goodwill where they are actually open when they say they are.

Went back. Even tho their page says they are open Monday through Friday THEY ARE NOT. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Closed Tuesday and Thursday as well as weekends. Apparently they are short of workers like everyone else. So, I'm back to donating there because it serves the area most in need. Packing up more barely used stuff still as I try to go more and more minimalist so my kids don't have so much to deal with when I'm gone.
