A few years ago, I recommended to this center a family of four. And they were so kind and caring and helpful. As a pastor, I have talked about this place to my members and so many people. Staff is wonderful. Safe place for parents with babies, young/older children and teens. Very clean and actually pretty nice, more like a studio apartment than a room in a shelter. Volunteers and donations truly make a difference for residents. It's structured but not strict, safe but not stuffy, comfortable (but not enough to be content!). Case managers are truly wonderful. Everyone genuinely cares. Residents are everyday people in a tough spot. Thank God for all IHH does and I hope this review helps someone!
