The number thay give you to schedule appointments, never have anything available!!! i was told the first week of August to call back on the 22nd, its not fair that there are never anyone to talk to

Okay, I want to Thank Ms. Jennifer Williams, she was so patient, direct and straight to the point. I needed help expeditiously and desperately and God was on my side and used Ms Williams. I hope everyone who Honestly needs the help can experience with her. I am gracefully grateful. Me and my kids have water and lights tonight.

I love this place and the people that work here. They are great with the services they offer everyone, especially the elders. They help with quite a few things altogether. Mrs. Jennifer is a very polite and kind person. Atmosphere is very loving and peaceful while you wait to be seen. They live up to their name.

I've never been talked to so rudely and treated so badly by anyone in my life like I did today when I contacted hrdc for help. I've called for months I've been told to call the main line last week by staff member when I called it this week I was told off disrespected too and degraded the lady argued me on the phone telling me that no one told me that like I made it up this place is a joke they don't help they're rude and only certain people and friends will they assist with more importantly they don't know how to treat people right so maybe they shouldn't be in this field of helping others

I lost my husband due to Covid-19 last year and been falling behind on bills due to losing his income never received service before on anything! He was an Army Veteran. I called on 1/25/2022 trying to get help on the power bill and this nasty attitude (Jennifer) told the young lady that answer the phone before she could explain what was going on. We can't help her wouldn't listen just kept repeating we can't help her and tell her we ain't got no money. May I remind you that the young lady who answered the phone had just told me that they did and what the qualification was to received help. Human Resource Development > S.E.A.C.A.P.
