Nobody ever answers the phone. I’ve been trying to call for over a week now because I work a lot & can’t make it down there. Left messages, nobody ever calls back. Ever since covid happened nobody seems to want to work anymore, it’s sad.

Trying to get assistance with food for the first time in my life because times are hard and was treated like I was a low life criminal when I worked hard all my life. They said they had to work for their money so I should too but I do work. They refused to even give me my case number and hung up on me. I don't know why this is allowed. The worst place ever. I was treated horribly. I'm 55 and they told me to come back when I'm 59 if I live that long. Sad.

Very rude on the phone, and they interrupt the whole time on the phone. Very rude. Not nice employees here:) the reason they gave us to why I cannot get food stamps is stupidity!:) but what can I expect?!

They never answer their phones any time of day. You can call a hundred times and no one is there to answer a phone and assist you.

Can never get in touch with anyone . They never return any of my phone calls. I always have to call main branch in Montgomery. Still haven't been able to add my newborn to my case and he's 6 weeks old now

This is horrible ive literally called 25 times and the line isn’t really busy they just never answer. This is HORRIBLE , it’s been going on for years , people should be able to call and speak to someone .

My friend has been trying to get ahold of this office for days to renew his food stamps an he can not get no kind of infamation from no one. He does not have a computer to go on line. He has done all the number ya have said to call and all they give is more numbers. Can not talk to anyone.this system is awful an not very helpful at all.
