I love the variety in the store… However, I am less than impressed calling in to check the price of a window out front that I was interested in purchasing… the associate response was “I don’t know how much it is… ain’t no one gonna check for me cause we short staffed” 😕
Step it up if ya wanna sell some stuff! 😜

Prices higher than retail! I don't understand. If this is for a good cause, then they aren't helping. Nobody is benefitting from a store full of used, salvage and/or surplus goods that cost more than retail or online prices. Everything just sits unsold in eternal inventory. $1000 for a used Washing machine? $20 for a quart of SAE 30 oil? 25¢ for a single Walmart brand wood screw? Seriously? What are we doing? They aren't saving anyone money and they can't be helping charity if they aren't selling anything.

I moved home to Birmingham from Oklahoma. I was super excited to share Restore with my partner, as he had never been in one and I found there was one close. The comparison was night and day. This one is nothing like the one in Oklahoma. The prices are just too high here, and it seems more like a retail store than a re sale type store. I'm extremely disappointed, and I hope that someone sees this and maybe speaks to the Restore in Broken Arrow Oklahoma about their store model. They are busy most of the time and always have people loading up cars, and bringing new items in. I truly appreciate the cause, but the store could use some work and price adjustments.

Went in here the other day just to scope out some deals and I found some pretty good items! Rugs, hardware, paint gallons in basic colors for $14! I’ll definitely be going back!

Rude dismissive leave you on hold until you finally hang up. Prices are too high higher than retail at times. Don't waste your time going to this place

A wide variety of home goods - some older some newer. Good place to check for low price remodeling goods. Yearly BBQ cook-off to help raise money for Habitat For Humanity.

Fantastic store with lovely staff. The best organized ReStore I've shopped at. Some great deals but big box stores competitive on things like cabinetry and rugs. On this visit bathroom fixtures and lighting were great deals.

I went to the store yesterday to look at some tile. Impromptu we bought a lot of tile and let me tell you every one there jumped in to help, to help load. Very friendly. Much appreciation to your staff.
