I shop here frequently, 1 or 2 times a week, at first the prices were awesome., but here lately they seem to have gotten some what steep. I know everything else is on the rise as well, but for some of us, who are on disability and trying to stay afloat, the Goodwill and Thrift stores are a good place for people like me to shop, or was once. Although I still go every week, usually now it's only on the Saturday sales. Everything is donated as we all know, and you want to think that the prices would be a little less expensive than they are . Let's face it, $9.99 for a used Vase, and walmart has new towels for 2.99 at times. So you have to ask yourself is it really worth it. On some things yes, but being Goodwill and donations, please consider not everyone gets a raise in pay.

Was shopping in there Thursday morning, now mind you I go in there 2-3 times a week and average around $500 each week that I spend in there it’s basically a hobby thing for me always looking for that one thing lol. But the issue was there was a certain item I picked up and put it in my buggy shopped around for about an hour got to the checkout after standing in line the cashier she’s always so nice and friendly but one of the assistants walked up after I handed the ticket off that item and he refused to sell it to me for the price was marked and signed so he came around the register and removed it from my buggy which was rude, and disrespectful to me in front of all the customers that was in line. So yes I reported him and the store manager was amazing at taking care of the issue. All of this stuff is donated so understand that !!!! Needless to say I went back in there and got that item for what the ticket said thanks Ms. Angela

Nice clean Goodwill. We were killing time and stopped in to do a little thrifting. Lots of selection. I will say the racks were not as organized as some stores are , a little disarray but that happens a lot with thrift stores in general. The check out was slow, only one checker.

Make sure to donate your best stuff or they won't take it. Tried to drop off an elliptical on Memorial Day & the two employees (1 cordial & 1 rude) working the loading bay flat out refused the bike basically stating that it wasn't good enough to take. Come on guys, this elliptical wasn't as nice as the ones on the floor (checked inside), but in very good condition and certainly small enough to put up in the warehouse until space opened. Time and gas wasted then driving across the bay to a Mobile GW location that GRATEFULLY accepted it without question. Not a good look people. Hilarious, surreal & deserving of a one-star review.

It takes more time in line to check out than it does to actually shop. I asked the guy when they will have 2 people working the register he said when more people apply. Yet he is just standing behind the counter while the other guy is checking people out. There's also 5 other people on the floor putting things out who work there . Then he has the nerve to want to catch an attitude with me. And tells me not to worry about it. Not only are we your customers but we are actually the ones keeping this place running with our donations. They do not care how long the wait is. I get anxiety just from standing in the line so long. Also the customer service is lacking.

I went back because it's a big store and has a lot of stuff. The first time I was there it was a bad experience because the employees were rude. This trip was exactly the same experience. An employee walked slowly by me and I spoke up that I had a question. He looked at me and walked away. The prices are a little bit high too

Terrible. Employees are so rude! And their dressing room policy is ridiculous-we could not use the mirror inside the room but we’re allowed to use the one directly outside ?

I will not be going back. The Fairhope store is so much better and they have nice employees too.

Corporate: if you see this-it’s time to make a change with your employees.
