I personally. love this place. My husband and I have been in this program and it has saved our lives and our marriage. before coming to this program our life was out of control with no help in site until someone told me about this program. as I read the past reviews it really up sets me because of one thing that I have learned that it is up to you if you don't want the help and get clean well no program Will work for you. so with that being said for those of you that are really wanting to get your life in order this is a place to do it despite of the reviews or what anyone says . everyone deserves a second chance at anything.i have worked my way up in this program and it really pisses me off to see all these bad reviews from people that once were in this program that got put out for whatever the reason be , to them this is the best place ever until they get kicked out and then they wanna bad mouth this place but yet not tell the truth for while they are writing such bad reviews. unless you know the truth about recovery then please keep your comments to yourself.

This was a nightmare for me. The slim on Vanderbilt st. "( Little Vandie" as they call it. I had roaches and bedbugs. There was no window in my bedroom, a board had been hammered from the inside and a milk crate to keep the birds out. Drugs and alcohol, dirty living conditions and no food or toilet paper, towels or blankets. The owners are despicable people who take money from the SSI covered clients and give them 25? A week of their own money. They have a driver that gets paid by you to get to the job from the temp agency they work with and he will put hands on you if needed. I can't believe this place is still open. Disgusting.

This place is terrible. We took my brother and his girlfriend there, and the 2 guys that met them were very rude. After driving 4.5 hrs to get there, they separated my brother from us and sent us to walmart to get a list of things so that they could go work a 12 hr shift that night. You will be working 5 days a week 12 hr shifts with 2 hrs travel time. Then you will take your pay check and pay them $320 a week for the roof over your head, a ride to work. That $320 does not Include food or anything else you will need. How you are supposed to eat, sleep, shower, go to meetings, and church in your spare 10 hrs a day im not sure. They wanted them to sign contracts without even allowing them to read what they were signing. Once my brother told them that they would not sign until they read it the guy said they had attitudes and that they were not welcome to stay there. My brothers girlfriend was also separated from him and took to a room alone, when she came out she was pale as could be and started throwing up. We sent in the $250 deposit to hold the bed and then my aunt was offered to work out a "deal" to cover the other $250 they said was owed. We have been fighting them to get our money back being as though my brother showed up and did his part but then was turned away because he didn't blindly sign something. I would not send my dog here let alone someone I love or anyone that truly wants to get help and get their life back. This is definitely not the place to do that. This is also a state funded program so they get money from the state for each person so why do the clients still have to pay so much.

I cannot express the depraved mantra of this place! NO recovery going on at this place! EVERYONE there is getting high, and the slum lord owners don't care, as long as you feed them cash! All of their properties are trap houses, infested with bed bugs, roaches,large rats, and plenty of other vermin. One house even has raw sewage pouring into the yard. 8 people crammed in a 3 bedroom apartment is appalling! If you truly want to get sober and in recovery, it won't happen at this place! By far, this the sickest and most dangerous place I have ever encountered! Recovery houses are supposed to be safe, secure, and predictable places to get on the healing spiritual path of recovery, you won't find any spirituality or healing and peace at this place. Nothing but the greedy trap house mentality and SO much dope. This place is an absolute atrocity and should be avoided at all costs! Beware of this sinister place, I sensed evil on a daily basis. My prayer is that God will deal with this place, hopefully soon. They deserve no stars!

Expect a Miracle changed my life The owners and the coordinator together are helping people who want to change they're lives for the better and conquer they're drug addiction. They quickly help me get a job, i got my I. D. back which i hadnt had in years. They help me rebuild my life and taught me that life is worth living drug free. Thank you, Expect a Miracle and your staff for the life changing tools you gave me. In my honest opinion, if i wouldn't have made the choice to go to they're program, I would more than likely be deceased by now. 90 percent of the people giving bad reviews couldnt stay clean and were removed from the program and didnt even have a place to live but the streets..you have to do somethings for yourself they cant do everything and babysit u. Life is what u choise to make it . Sure it wasnt the 5 star trump plaza but it was workable... Thanks again Expect a Miracle for possibly saving my life

The director is only concerned about one thing money. They really don't care about whether you have food or if you even have clean clothes to wear or if you're on disability they don't mind taking all your money.

This place is a joke. If you want to be free from the bonds of addiction please do not even attempt to find recovery here. They only care about rent money. The director is the dealer. That got whatever you want. The building is literally infested with bed bugs and rats. Your groceries will get ate by rats before you get to eat them. If you want to recover call Tammy at Hope Recovery. She saved my life. Its the best program I have ever been a part of. Do not go to expect a miracle unless you are looking for a place to just get by and still get high.

I gave the one star because I cant give it a double 00. This place is not suitable for animals. Holes in the floors, roaches falling off the ceilings, they are a money scam and everyone there uses something of some kind. If you pay they let you do whatever and it is a joke. I ask for Court papers and haven't got them yet this was from December 2020. The guy in CHARGE will sleep with females for their rent and the ones running the apartments they call house moms or whatever dont do anything but they to boss other clients around when they are just as dirty as the new comers I would not ever suggest you go or attempt to send anyone you care about there
