Made an appointment to have my new home rekeyed. Missed appointment, no call. I called, get rescheduled for an hour and a half later. I receive a call an hour and a half later, telling me I’ll be first in line the following morning. I receive a text that night canceling with the promise to reschedule the following week because his wife made weekend plans. I never get a call back, he doesn’t answer his phone, his voicemail box is full.

I called and he said he would be there in soon. It was less than 15 minutes. It took 10 minutes for him to work his magic and have me back in my house. Even with a kwikset smart lock. Very impressive. Will definitely use again if I need a locksmith.

Doesn't answer the phone when you try to call. Always goes to voice-mail. When I was finally able to talk to them, didn't seem interested at all in wanting or trying to earn my business. Got the impression that he was bothered by my call. So I took my business elsewhere and was in and out in under 15 minutes. I will never use or recommend this business to anyone!

Okay, so it's in the middle of the pandemic and these guys where the only ones who would come out to help. And they practiced safe social distancing the entire time! Very professional , no fear of your in a bind you can feel safe calling these guys!
