Darden's staff is committed to excellent and thorough service. They are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - offering a great service to our community. Their new building in downtown Gadsden is gorgeous, it was a much needed upgrade in both convenience and curb appeal.

They do good work to help people with disabilities have a job. Staff is very professional and nice. Other than that I'd search for a job somewhere else unless you enjoy rolling plastic silverware up in napkins repetitively all day.

My son was referred by ADRS to their company. They did nothing to help my son try to get a job. Over a year later and nothing. Poor communication by the representative and lack of professionalism.
