The lady was the nicest and most helpful city (or county) working I have ever had to do business with. She actually loves what she does and it shows in her work. I had the best experience ever. She made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed or ashamed to ask for help when I needed it the most. She took her time as to walk me thru the procedure step by step and made it so easy for me,not complicated. And she went above and beyond my expectations. Very nice lady. We are lucky to have her here . Will not be so hesitant or nervous next time she deserves a raise !! Will definitely refer her to friends and family if needed.

Oh wow, I can't say enough good things about this place! They paid our 800$ past due power bill and saved us from having power cut off that day. She was so friendly and understanding, she really saved us. I am sooo grateful for Community Action! Thank you! What a blessing.
