Because I'm homeless without a true address could not help me with food excuse may they would give me a snack and a cup of coffee that day but I was native foods on my kids could come and see me for the weekend but God has me

I really wouldn't even give them a one. The lady that does the interview for the power bill has a really nasty attitude toward people like the money is coming out of her pocket. She tries to make you feel a little. She acts like you don't have any value since you asked for help. I'm 66 years old soon to be 67 I work and draw a little social security. I didn't even ask them to pay the full Bill I just wanted help with a little bit of it. She shouldn't be so judgmental as the people's situation

The lady that handles light bill in my opinion she’s very nosy and all up in your business and wanted to know why it took me so long to get over surgery because I am not working so I told her I have another coming up Tuesday and I can’t help my help issues ! She comes out her mouth to say oh ! You got a lot going on and just to say they can only do $75 on a bill and I paid $250 myself just needed the help on the remaining balance! I swear these faults be acting like it’s coming out their pockets. Nobody wants people in their business bad enough we feel bad enough going for the help but to be judged too is just rude . That’s the second time she has done this and the woman before her was the same way .

I wish I had asked their names, I'm really bad about that...
I never forget a face, or the kindness you have shown me though!

Didn't believe me & my truly amazing misfortune. Never helped me with my rent or my electric bill. So my bills continued to go further behind. As a consolation I received 14 lbs of perishable food (salad & squash) that expired 1 day prior. I'm grateful for that much. Alabama can't really be this bad, but oh yes it is. I'd rather end up homeless in TX or FL.

I Cant Express How Nice, Helpful, N Understanding These People Are. Our Home Burned Down After Christmas N While Waiting On Our Insurance To Come In They Went Above N Beyond To Help Us N Sent Us To Other Places To Help As Well...
