My dad was a resident at Bill Nichols from June 2021 until his death in April 2024 at 92. There are not enough words of praise that I can think of to express how much we appreciate how well he was cared for during his final years. The nurses and attendants, and support state were ALL so caring and attentive to him which was a great comfort to our family! They were so easy to work with and did everything required and then some to provide him with the best environment possible. I HIGHLY recommend Bill Nichols VA Home. Their facility is clean, cheerful and welcoming.

Awesome staff. They are well trained. They have an outstanding rehab. Program. They offer your loved ones many programs including shopping day, fishing, pet days, etc. They do have a lock down unit that keeps the safety of the confused patients.
For those who wish to become a CNA , they offer the classes.

My husband and I visited yesterday on Veteran's day. All the employees were friendly with us and the residents seemed happy. There were a lot more nurses than I expected which is a good thing. Lastly all the common areas were kept very clean.

Sure nice facility. They treat their veterans like family. Their motto of Heroes live here, and Heroes work here is truth! Thank you for taking great care of my Dad!

My step father is here and he loves it and I do too. He is well cared for with lots of activities to keep him busy. The staff is great and it is clean. Also good food.

Patient care on the memory unit is less than satisfactory. Dotors and nurses do not listen to family members concerns.

My father worked there for 12 years and is now a resident there and has referd to this place as home because he feels very loved and cared for,and the family couldn't agree more,he is above all respected there by ALL the staff
