I think this is a wonderful organization and typically I love to support them. I have an upcoming renovation which I had planned to use materials from the store. However I will not be patronizing the store again until they offer a sincere apology to the family whose son they so harshly mis-judged this past week. They called the police on my friends’ son who has autism when he was not behaving a destructive, aggressive or dangerous manner. He slammed a few doors…They could’ve chosen to speak with the mother, whose hand the son was holding, but they opted for law enforcement instead. This is disability discrimination. People with Autism have a right to be in public and express themselves… They are not inherently dangerous or disruptive. They are human beings with differently wired brains. I also have a son with complex disabilities that I will not bring into the store until I am assured it is safe and excepting place for him.

Rude to people with disabilities. Will call the cops on them for no reason at all after making rude comments. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Keep your babies safe and stay away from this poor excuse of a store. #Autismawareness

I love a good Restore. I’m sure some things are priced appropriately but most of the “construction material” is priced pretty high. Some of the old cabinets taken out of peoples homes are priced through the roof. $200 for an old cabinet with missing doors seems pretty steep. May be why they gave so many cabinets back there.

Great staff - awesome service. I took some donations in and the staff was as friendly as you would expect. Spent a few minutes browsing through the store and everything was clean, the greeter & staff were friendly, and there were some great items for sale... everything you'd expect from a great place doing great things for the community. Thanks!

I used to love this place, but it's gone downhill the last two years. Prices are WAY too high for a thrift store, and management is rude. I'll never go back after witnessing the manager screaming at a customer, accusing them and an employee of stealing for taking something off the shelf to put aside before paying for it, instead of paying then taking it off the shelf. I hear some of my favorite employees have left, too, good for them. I hope they found some place better.
