Our family had Randi and Angela for my mom until she passed on Feb 16, 2023. We loved both of them. They were always professional and personal. Even when my mom came to SC on a visit Amedysis made sure that service was set up for my mom while she was here. I would recommend these ladies and this agency. My family is forever grateful.

We cannot say enough good things about Randi West!! She is the sweetest kindest person to my parents that we could ever hope for! My mother is actually the patient but she treats my father with just as much love and compassion as she does my mother. She is always smiling so considerate and always treats her patience with the utmost respect that they deserve! She is absolutely the best! All the people at a medisys so far have been absolutely wonderful!

Amedisys Hospice Care is the very BEST. I used them with my mother in law. They are so loving & caring. My mother in law was always very selective who she allowed in her home much less care for her. She thought that I was the only one that could do for her. But she gained her trust with Randi West & Angela Payne the very first day. We loved Colleen as well. She was amazing. My mother in law passed August 3, 2022. I will always recommend Amedisys Hospice. I will never forget the care they gave my mother in law. Thank y’all so much!

When my mom became ill and the doctor recommended hospice, we immediately chose Amedisys. They sent us the most amazing team I could have ever dreamed of. Randi West and Angela Payne work like a well oiled machine. They treated my mother like the angel she was. They were by our side until the very last moment! Even until they rolled my mom out of the house. They didn’t not leave her side. They were more than caregivers. They became family. I can only hope if I’m ever in need of hospice again, that I’m blessed enough to get this team. They are truly amazing! Heaven sent! Angels!

The care my mom received was extraordinary. It wasn't just that-- the care our entire family received was beyond anything I could have imagined. Our nurses and assistants were so attentive and patient. We were in chaos, a house full of adults and kids, and they came in each day, bringing calm and warmth. They answered every phone call and text. Randi and Brea were so compassionate, non-judgmental, and loving. They didn't just care for my mother in her last days; they cared for our entire family. I will never forget it, and I'm positive that they have seats reserved for them in heaven, assuming that they aren't official angels yet.

Every single person I have come in contact with are amazing at what they do. I want to bring up Brittany nurse aide/bath. She is the BEST. My mother and I love her, ? she is caring, understanding, thoughtful considerate and has taught me so many easier ways to do things for my mother. As I said everyone is awesome, they have a great team and am glad we chose them for mother. Brittany is awesome!

I have had the privilege of working with Randi West for several years. She lights up the room with her smile as soon as she walks in. She is the most caring and loving person to her patients. My patient looks forward to seeing Randi on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays for her baths. Randi is also compassionate and has a heart of gold. She goes over and beyond. I would recommend Randi 100 times over. We just love her ❤️.
