I haven't been there but I have called for some advice being that I have no one to call to ask advice from. So, I am still confused about a lot of things and when I have called and spoke with someone I felt like she was not understanding that I needed more detailed information. I'm going to call again today and see if I can get the misunderstanding resolved so I'm not just worrying & wondering why I'm not getting any feedback on my inquiries.
