I have Mrs Henderson as a case worker she is rude doesn’t return calls asks for all this information and you give to her and she does nothing! Is there anyway to get a case switched or actually have a supervisor return your call! And this case worker has important information but has she kept it all? Or does she trash it who know she won’t return phone calls and doesn’t care about her clients or her cases obviously I have never felt so disgusted by another human.

How does any of the workers have a job? They never answer the phone and if they call you by miracle they don't allow you to get to the phone before they hang up...

The people that work behind the glass are extremely rude!!! This place should consider hiring more educated people and giving an etiquette class upon hiring. The handicap woman has a nasty attitude, one persons nails are so long she can't do a thing. They dress like it's a club an not a job. Do better or get out of customer service. The only reason I gave one star is because zero stars is not an option.

You have no way of calling DHR and speaking with anyone in the building. I'm sure DHR has destroyed many families, and the lives of man. Some needed but many torn apart for all the wrong reasons. DHR do not work to keep families together, they do al they an to tear them apart. Sadly I've seen their destruction. The children they rip from the parents, wrongly accused of things not done. I wish our attorney general would come to investigate this place it's not being run correctly ..

They never answer the phone.
They don't return calls.
The only ones that work there that seem to even have a soul are the security guard and the lady at the front desk.
Which has even stated how sorry the workers are and how they do parents and how many distraut mothers and fathers and grandparents come in there and are ignored or put through hell. The workers fail to do their actual jobs and have even had issues and cases where dhr specifically in this county had drug screens falsified. The system is corrupt all the way through the courts to the legal representation.

They refuse to answer calls. When you find a line to a real person it just rings and rings. On the rare occasion you do get someone to answer it's a rude older black lady. Who refuses to help with anything and wants to argue. Refuses to give her name so you can turn her in. Refuses to transfer you to someone else. What's the point in having a job that you hate is my question.
