Very shady... my wife and i were adopting a little girl at birth. Paperwork was changed to adopt by mother only withput my knowledge. She was told to take new paperwork to bio mother to get resigned without telling her adoptive father had been removed. Now am trying to find help and an attorney to file for a reversal . Also how can they use a probate judge who is on her company directors board for the adoptions. This is considered biased which the judge is not to be biased in any case ir has to be taken off the case...

Donna is an amazing woman. My husband and I tries to adopt through other agencies and on our own for 6 years. We met Donna for her "class" on seeking birth parents on a Sunday, and my husband and I were in contact with our daughter's birth mother by that Thursday. Donna walked us through every step and became like family and was very supportive to the birth mother and father as well. If it weren't for her, we wouldn't be parents. Our daughter is 8 months old now and my sister has found the opportunity for an interstate adoption. Donna was the first person we contacted for knowledge on the process and she pointed everyone in the right direction. Adoption Rocks is amazing and we're lucky to have found it.

My husband and I have been going through fertility treatments and we decided we wanted to just meet with someone to get information about adoption. We don't know much of anything about adoption and we had a long list of questions we wanted to ask. We had a meeting with Donna who said they ask for a $200 donation to speak to someone. So we went to speak to her and expected to get useful information about adoption. She showed up late and in a very wrinkled shirt that looked like it had been balled up on the floor for a week. The second we walked in she started talking non stop about the "dead beat mothers" (her words) and told us if we want to adopt a baby we have to "bribe but not bribe because its illegal to bribe" the birth mom. We have to pay for her a car, a place to live, her utilities and cell phone. She said that's where all the money goes to adopt an infant. She continued to basically complain for the next 2 hours!!! My husband tried to ask a few questions from our list but she never gave a straight forward answer. She beat around the bush and gave us no helpful information. We wasted $200 and 2 hours of our time! We eventually just started to get up to leave and she followed us to the door and continued to talk even as we got in the car. We left there so frustrated and upset. I found more answers to my questions from a website than I did from her. We will definitely never use adoption rocks. I left there in tears because I was so frustrated that we waisted that time and money and didn't get any information.

10 years later and my family and I still feel a part of the adoption rocks family. They took such great care of my birth mother as well! Especially in the painful times after the birth. They worked hard to take care of her and be there, even years after. Faith. Care. Love. Community! Thank Adoptuon Rocks for making our family whole and caring for us all!

You can safely ignore all of these negative reviews, they're not from people who have used this adoption service but rather ignorant individuals who only read a one-sided hit piece from the Huffington Post which failed to mention the mother's bragging about what she was doing on her own Facebook page. We saw the reviews before we met with the agency and did our own research and found the other side of the story, something these other 'reviewers' haven't done. My wife and I used Adoption Rocks and have been blessed with a baby girl. We're not wealthy at all, having saved up for years to be able to adopt and were finally successful. We were immensely satisfied with our experience and would use Adoption Rocks again without hesitation.
