I want to express my opinion about the place I went there this morning this gentleman named Adair I guess he's over the place he seemed rude and I need help I had been homeless and trying to get back on my feet because it's taking everything that I got now to pay for a piece of land monthly a small mini loft cabin Barn I'm making monthly payments on but yet I don't have electricity and I don't have water city of Tallassee 2,330.00 dollars to put a meter back in 10 years ago the house that was their burnt down in the city pulled a meter out and the guy I'm buying the land from had payed for that water meter I went in I was the first one there and I talked to the secretary there you said I'm over the limit that I made too much being on veteran on disability she went in and talked to Mr Adair he told her just a one-time emergency they will give me food and clothes and that was it well Mr Adele went down in the basement where they packed the food up and I was in the room where the stairways is where they got the men's clothes at and the words that I heard out of the staff that was working there when Mr Adair was downstairs it wasn't nice they was put me down like if I was some kind of piece of trash what kind of Christian people are these when people need help in this day and time and the cost of living and everything else has jumped the skyrocket of 40% and people on social security are the lowest paid here in the state of Alabama if I was a legal immigrant crossed the border if I was illegal to cross the border them people get $5,000 a month on social security I go to church I'm glad I do not go to church with these people just to let you know if you have a go in there you might be surprised if you walked up on a conversation you ain't supposed to hear

Great people helping people in need and people who are too sorry to do for themselves. The place is neat and clean, and they have some really nice things for people in need. Thank you to the staff and all the volunteers that make it possible. Consider helping ACTS if you aren't in need of their services.

If you have food to donate or need food, this is the place to go. It is a great ministry in Tallassee AL. The volunteers are super nice.
