My phone is due this weekend sandra is not paying my phone or letting me eat healthy she made so I lost 110 pound i was 250. At one point I lost all that weight and no one is letting me eat or pay them back money I hate Sandra she needs to be replaced I need to get my card and I need money so I can pay my bills and not scavenge through trash with no doctor or money

This place was okay until we wanted to spend Our mothers money to purchase a recliner for her . Sandra the team lead act like it’s her money . They don’t send out monthly statements to know what is in the account . They don’t return phone calls in a timely manner or emails. After a month we are still waiting for Our Mom to get a recliner and other personal items she needs . Sandra drags her feet . I don’t advise anyone to use this service. They suck !

Unbelievable disregard for my son's wellbeing. They will not give him his money, not even a decent allowance. According to social security he was entitled to stimulus checks, which were sent to him. The agency cashed them and he never saw any of it. His food card was never replenished. They abandoned him in an apartment building without staff and or money; without so much as a warning. We came to visit him, bring him food and went to office. There was a note on the door saying to call 911 if you have a problem. He nearly died from neglect. I am filing complaint with Attorney General. Run as fast as you can from these people. As fast as you can.

This place is a scam they stole most of my sisters money will drain ur money untill its gone didnt help with bills made her go homeless and sold her property after the house burnt down that they was responsible for and said she couldnt be there and they sold it before insurance could be payed really bad people work here
And even if they do give you money if ur lucky you have a $500 a day limit so you can't buy anything thats worth anything or get any where in life

Too much inconsistencies in payments. I never know when my check is going to actually get here, so I can never count on it or plan for it.
