This place is Absolutely a GOD SEND! During the most traumatic and difficult times in my life. They made it much less painful. I can't thank you enough for the loving kindness,help and compassion. They were very supportive and helped me navigate through the process of my mothers passing. I can't say enough positive things about my stay and support. Thank you thank you soooo very much 🙏! Truly Hero's. The Hospitality House and Staff are a God Send!

The women who work there. We're very nice and very helpful. And went out of their way to help me. And it was a very nice, clean and spacious room. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The TV area and library was great. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful home and and all the ladies working here are wonderful. They have tried so hard to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This place fills a need especially while we can't be at the hospital with our loved one.

Amazing volunteers, amazing house, amazing guests, I am very thankful for the hospitality house my husband and I have stayed there on more than one occasion. The birth of both our little boys Levi in December of 2014 and Remington I'll n December 2017. They both had to be in the NICU and we were fortunate enough to get a room here. It's wonderful

The staff at HH are some of the most compassionate and caring people I've ever met. The place was a Godsend for me during my last health issue. Kind caring people who made me feel like I was family. I would recommend this place to anyone who need to stay during a health crisis.

A historical house in Kalamazoo giving a safe place to stay when you have someone in the hospital. Stayed one night while my wife was in the hospital. Was very impressed with staff and very thankful for them letting me stay. Free cab ride to and from there. Highly recommended.

Beyond satisfied, stayed here for just about a week while my grandfather was in the hospital, polite, clean, friendly. Highly recommend if you ever need a place to stay.
