Where do I start? Pathways is always there for people in need especially during the most difficult time in someone's life. They take all of the necessary steps to help make sure your loved one is cared for, is watched out for and won't be taken advantage of. When you call Pathways, a person answers the phone rather automated answering machine. From intake to assessment to service, you always have a member of Pathways there to help. The team is thorough with each client, checking in with them periodically to make sure their assigned volunteer is working well for them and looking to see if any circumstances have changed.
