Don’t use the FSET program AT THIS LOCATION TRY TO GET SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY ARE HORRIBLE. YOU CAN’T REACH THEM. THEY MAKE THEIR FAULTS YOUR FAULTS CHOOSE A DIFFERENT AGENCY.

The whirlpool tub was filthy in the womans locker room and then eventually closed for cleaning. So I was there several times and did not get to use it! I joined to swim and found the music playing out of a small radio annoying. I wanted a relaxed swim!! I canceled my membership but was charged for an additional month because my request was not soon enough. So now I pay for a whole month and won't be there to use it. Unfortunately this membership did not work for me. I really wanted to support the Y but was disappointed.

Love the setup multiple rooms to use computers that is not over crowded it was very professional and quiet I was able to work on my resume with the option of help if I needed.
Loved the environment I will always go back and utilize the workshop

I was supposed to have left a review a week ago.... But ... The barcode didn't work..... I went on MLK to join the FSET program it is an amazing program man I can't wait to literally be participating.... The workers was amazing.... Archer Owens I would have loved for her to continue working with me she is Wonderful.... Keep up the incredible work YWCA
