I have been involved with this program since approximately 1989 and watch this agency go from 10 to 0 in admin their mission. My son originally referred to agency for mental health program and later mental health and drug addiction not only did the programs dwindle but service of the employees has also. I made a complaint to main office I was assured someone would look into my complaint and get back to me. That was about a year ago. However now I'm dealing with another incident with my son and there agency, they don't put the client first with a number of things.

Case manager met twice, only asked how I was doing both times never asked what resources I needed or anything. Then "tim" my wcs worker never once offered resources. I needed transportation and asked a week in advance and kept reminding him and he picked up a newer client in the same facility and drove him 30mins out of town and I had the client to remind him and he did and still forgot about me and was late to dr. Then I asked for therapy resources and was told to go to another resident in the facility for information. To top it off he started to show up with card games while 3 of his clients including myself explained we weren't interested and would rather get in touch with resources and he says "well not today " and brags he is getting paid to play card games. So that means people's taxes are paying for this man to avoid helping his clients and play card games. So finally I called the cars department and asked for a different worker and she spoke to her supervisor and was given the contact the director who over sees wcs and was told to explain my situation. Next day my worker showed up to intimidate me and talk down about "sirona recovery " who does the same thing just less clients per worker. But while speaking to my worker "tim" he kept saying "well what are you doing for yourself, are you looking up places to get therapy" "it's not my job to find you places, I can take you to places" i reminded him he forgot about me and lied right to my face saying I told him the wrong date. I've had him for 2 months and not once was given any resources or given anything but a 10 minute ride to an appointment he made me late too. Ive spoken to others and you may have to change to a different worker until you get one who will actually help you out and not just take you on to grow their case load to make more money. I'm dropping my worker and going to "sirona recovery " I suggest others to do the same. Atleasst then you'll be treated like you and your time matters and provide you with resources unlike "wcs" they haven't done anything for me in 2 months of having a worker. Pics are all a front all talk no help.

Called SCRAM to ask a couple questions and he was nothing but rude and short with me on the phone because they were short staffed. I'm sorry but you should not havw a customer service job where you answer phones and talk to people in person if your not a people person.
