Wow, I've seen so many negative reviews, I was honestly suprised when I had such a pleasant experience. I wasn't "assigned" here for anything however. So I am sure the experiences are different depending on the situation. For me I was looking to get my son into some talk therapy since our health provider had NOTHING available for over 6 months! And this place got us in the next week and we're really helpful. The counselor or therapist assigned to my son was extremely kind and caring, she gave good information and helped get us connected with places to get assistance with some other things. I've recently gone through my own traumatic event and have reached out to them to get my own therapy as again my regular healthy care provider company has zero ability for any mental healthy appointments unless it is drug or alcohol related-which for me is not, I have gotten in for the psychiatric doctor to get my diagnosis of PTSD and medication management, but when they tried to get me set uo with someone for "talk therapy" it was HORRIBLE! They had nothing available for 3 months, so when that 3 month wait was over I had an online "assessment" with an extremely rude women who then dumped me into a group therapy thing-which had over 150 people in it, and was an "online" group for 3 hours a day- for 6 weeks until she had something available! I was seriously disgusted with them for the therapy part of the memtal health care. I absolutely LOVE my actual doctor, but the talk therapy or counseling part of it-horrible, worst thing in the world. So, I reached out to Wellpoint instead to see if I could get therapy with them even if I was an adult and surprisingly I was able to. I thought it was only for children and families and things like that, but compared to the horrible experience I had with probably the largest health care provider company in Milwaukee, my experience with Wellpoint was SO much nicer. I havnt had my own personal therapy yet with them, but do soon, and I know the experience I had while my son went there was very good, he also liked his therapist very much. To be clear, my negative experiences was NOT with Wellpoint, it was the therapy part of the mental health system in the large milwaukee health care group- I've only ever had positive experiences with Wellpoint as of now.

Cases with the children become sedentary, and children fall thru the cracks through this awful organization. It has been 2 years with no changes, if anything it has got worse. There is no real guidance or help for the families.

My case was switched randomly to this agency by the caregiver not a law official or anyone from children court my case manger lies and finds excuses why she's delayed and making everyone seem like a liar or impatient when she's called out on her bad business habits I feel like this place needs to be investigated by the fed or the cia because this place hides alot of bad people and hire them to work when they are criminals with hidden records and hidden agendas I feel bad for parents who do all they can to reunite with their family because they are treated the worst in this agency just tries to get the parent to give up but they rather Let children who parents do nothing but the minimum get away with anything. SOMEONE NEED TO INVESTAGATE THAT STREET FORMED AGENCY

I really enjoyed the training with ST. A. The facilitator was very knowledgeable and gave us many things to think about when working with children. I am confident after having this training we are little more sensitive about scholars and their needs. We are in our third day of school and my staff has already started the year with a different approach on dealing with scholars who may struggle with communicating what they need in order to be successful!

I’m always looking forward to attending trainings at SaintA’s because I leave feeling so much more prepared and equipped with a tool kit that allows me not only to care for myself, but also equipped to walk alongside others in their journey. Tim is AWESOME and he knows his stuff! He makes sure that you also know your stuff before the conclusion of the trainings and he’s definitely a confidence booster:)

Sara's intro 1-day training on Trauma-Informed Schools was excellent in every way: the info shared was both sound theoretically and useful for practice; the training was well-organized and included great handouts/resources; and Sara involved the group, provided exercises to help us learn in a variety of ways, and was an interesting, knowledgeable and engaging teacher.

I’ve been dealing with this horrific absolutely horrific place for a year now the accusation and the rudeness the social worker I’m assigned too should be embarrassed on how she approaches ppl and needs to be fired…they claim they want family reunited but all she does is absolutely lie and gives information out of her behind and makes threats I’ve never been more disgusted with a place until I met these people!! STAY AWAY

Kanisha presented 7 Essential Ingredients of Trauma Sensitive Schools to all staff and did a great job! Staff were involved and actively learning. She made the information pertinent to them and left us with resources so we could continue the process of becoming a trauma sensitive school. Well done!
