Your company is predatory.

I easily signed up online for a membership for my family and when I needed to cancel it I was told I had to appear in person more than 30 days in advance of my desired cancellation date or else I'd be charged another nearly $100 for our membership even though we were moving. When I asked a manager if I could have fees waived because we were moving to a different city I was told verbatim, "Sir, you agreed to the terms when you signed up." Unfeeling, uncaring corporate personality.

Great equipment, always being cleaned and maintained by the staff. People of all skill levels willing to help out and give advice. I came here as a guest with a friend, and was quite impressed by the quality, especially when I heard the price.

Shock and awe! Houston Y's just slammed us with 44% price increases in 2025 (Senior singles now $65 from $45, which was no great bargain). Bad enough that food, rent and Medicare inflation has bled us dry! Wizards at 'corporate' needing a raise? Egging for younger clientele? Dubious, as my Y will always be grey haired, and younger folks have many upscale alternatives at similar prices. To note, no digs on Weekley Y or its people. They're great, and I'm sure this mistake was beyond their control. But a 44% increase? In a feckless email that boasts of new, low value benefits like "citywide access?" Seriously? 99% of Seniors go to the same place, always (we like our neighborhoods). I'm now forced to use my apartment's meager gym, or find a cheaper place. Thank you, Wizards at Y, for making Senior Life more difficult!

I really like this Ymca. The only thing I don’t like is that nearly all classes no matter what is spiced up with music. Pilates, yoga and stretching I would prefer without it in order to concentrate better on breathing and relaxation. But otherwise I’m really grateful that we have such a place in our neighborhood!

Great place to workout. They have 2-3 people walking around always cleaning the used machines.

Reading the reviews I have to say that they wipe down the mats after every use. You must wear a mask unless you are doing cardio. If you want to wear you can. There are bottles of cleaner and paper towels thru out the gym.

Gym has full equipment. Every bike and treadmill has cable and screens with aps.

No join fee and 55 a month is a steal when you compare it to other places. Saturday is half day so it gets busy and most machines are full.

I am a member of years in Cypress I end up going to this location a d the lady at the entrance was so unpolite and not welcoming at all she mentioned that she never seen me at the Y. out of no where she gave me her name like knowing I was gonna write a feedback. the person have no customers service skill at all. I love the Y in Cypress unfortunately the experience I had here was not great

Have a great variety of programs for Adults - exercise classes, pickle ball, extensive exercising machines, Staff has been wonderful in assistance, and have personal trainer to name a few services that are offered at the Y.
