Let my cousin go there. Thinking that she was going to be monitor and have rules. Nope not all was letting family members take her without my permission.
I wouldn't send my child there . The communication sucked Didnt nobody relate the messags.. That was the worst 2weeks I went through.

Overall a good place to be if you are in need of help and most of the staff are extremely nice and respectable however you'll have lots of new different people around you everyday and understandably they monitor you ALL THE TIME so if you're a shy person this probably isn't the place for you also I had a staff member make a not so funny joke about me and being in the situation that I was in I didn't find that funny at all. One staff member also Just literally just STARED at my sister while she was eating and its still something we laugh about till this day, also a worker there told my sister and I to take the city bus to work at 12:08 but we finish virtual school at 12:07 and she was angry with us when we missed the bus (and she wasn't afraid to show it) In places like these they dont really care when a staff member treats you wrong because you're in need of their help and you are not paying for your stay, most times they know that the person that put you in there doesn't really care about you so who would you tell on them to?
