Was visiting Cody Wyoming and checked out Sunlight Sports. What a great place! There was a lot of cool gear and also some neat touristy items. They carry high quality brands and their staff has great product knowledge. Will definitely stop by again!!

THE BEST place to get your outdoor gear hands down. All staff members are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There is always the best gear in stock and employees will go out of their way to order any product for you. They will never let you leave unhappy with your purchase, and if later you decide to return an item, they are very understanding of returns. When visiting Yellowstone, this is a great place to stop in and talk to people that about what you NEED to see in the area and all the secret local spots to go. Would give six stars if I could!

Customer service that greatly exceeds your expectations. We have shipped the store often over the years and have always been amazed at the friendliness of employees, their product knowledge and especially their willing to go out of their way to assist.
Today it was Andrew who helped me replace a broken quick lace on hiking shoes. Thanks Andrew for going above and beyond.

The place was spacy, clean, and had a little of everything. The employees were nice although for the first 10 min I was in there I felt like they were keeping an eye on me which made shopping uncomfortable. I assume they just wanted to be nearby in case I needed assistance. I tried different clothing articles but most of the items were small and the items had limited quantity. As far as prices, they were consistent with other shops or online. They have rooms to try on clothing and a bathroom.

Best gear store ever, owned by wonderful people who contribute to the local community in so many ways. Great selection of running shoes, hiking boots, ski boots, skis, camping gear and everything else you would expect from a well-stocked gear store. It's a big, bright welcoming space and the staff is well-trained to help with boot-fitting etc.

This place is the go to for all your climbing and ski needs in Cody Wyoming. They helped fix my front toe bails on my crampons so did not loose a week of climbing. Stop through and give this place your business. They are the best.
