A great and smooth experience! I started looking for appointment availabilities in mid December and it didn’t show any until March, I kept checking everyday and an opening came up for January 3rd and I took it-yes, schedule books up quickly but patients cancel all the time so check regularly! My little boy was back to normal day 2 and is healing quickly. The process was easy to follow, just read the information they send you.

I recently brought both my tiny Persian cat and huge German shepherd dog to be spayed and it was a seamless, pleasant experience from start to finish. It took a few weeks of diligently checking the website to see if there were any openings, but it was well worth the effort! Both of my fur babies did excellent. We are so lucky to have such a high quality, affordable facility in Milwaukee.

I will admit that this clinic is very difficult to get ahold of and schedule an appointment online. I spoke with someone on the phone once and felt rushed. The staff needs to understand that people have general questions prior to making decisions regarding spaying/neutering pets. When you call the clinic you have to leave a message. The recording states that they'll get back to you in a few days. In my opinion, I think there should be one or two people answering the phones and scheduling appointments at all times. If it takes a few months to get an appointment, oh well! At least you had contact with a live person. Not everyone uses or likes to use the Internet. It's very inconvenient having to wait outside for pet drop off and pick up. However, the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful once you're inside of the building. The price can't be beat! Three years ago I paid over triple having my other dog neutered at the vet. I had tried using the clinic on 94th and Lincoln, but It was very difficult to get an appointment. When I used the online scheduling this time, it took me three months to get in. If you're not in a hurry to have the surgery done and you'd like to pay a reasonable price, then I Irecommend this clinic. The price includes the procedure, anesthesia, and medication for at home.

100% the place to go if you want to get your pet spayed or neutered. With the outrageous prices that the vets are charging these days I wouldn't go anywhere else. They also have a place on their website where you can book vaccines although you will have to go to the Wisconsin avenue location which is not a big deal. The people here are very kind and professional and charge hundreds less than any veterinarian in Milwaukee county. If you don't get an appointment right away, I would check daily or even hourly as appointments can come up very quickly but go very quickly.

We had two of our cats spayed at this wonderful clinic and cannot recommend them enough! Yes, appointments book quickly and sometimes up to three months out but given how professional, clean, and affordable they are, I'm not surprised. Everyone at the clinic is welcoming and knowledgeable. The check-in process was absolutely seamless and the only hiccups come from pet parents who don't read directions beforehand. We were able to get our new rescues spayed and microchipped for a fraction of the cost it would've been through our vet. Both cats are healing nicely and their incisions are so clean.

I have a bengal and was very anxious about the anesthesia as bengals and other special breeds can have life threatening sensitivities, but the vet and staff were SO gentle with me and compassionate about my concerns. I know when clinics put out a high level of volume for their services that it can sometimes feel like a McDonaldization of the procedure, but this clinic had me in tears of relief over how kind they were to both me and my cat. They are worth every mile, every penny, every frustratingly full schedule that you have to squeeze yourself into if you’re lucky. They’re so worth it.
