Standoffish and impatient customer service team that couldn’t answer a simple question, and instead of listening to me try to explain another way, talked over me.

This place did not open at the time they said they would, and wasted not only my time and all the other patients who were waiting with me for their 8am appointment. Even looking through the glass window you could see that there wasn't anyone at the reception desk. The phone # listed goes straight to voicemail saying they were closed even though the sign says they're open at 8am. This was a disappointing way of serving their community and did not feel like they handle things with care or consideration. Had to reschedule to a different location. Waste of time.

The therapists are great, but the front desk staff are rude. They are the first impression you get to the clinic, the one older lady that checked me in today, never looked up at me, never acknowledged me, I was standing in front of her for 5 mins just waiting for her to acknowledge me, but Nothing!!! Very rude!
