Silver Birch Assisted Living genuinely impressed me right from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere feels warm and inviting, the facility itself is clean and well-maintained, with bright common areas. Residents engage in various activities—some play games, while others sit & chat with each other. It really feels like a community where everyone looks out for each other

My Mom is a new resident at Silver Birch. She was hesitant as she has been with my husband and I for 2 years, and prior had her own apt. She is very hearing impaired and can get very nervous around others. She has had nothing but positive experiences with ALL of the staff there from the very first visit with Lisa. She is so caring and compassionate! And the rest of the staff has proved to be caring and compassionate as well!!
She LOVES it there!!! She has been more active in the first week there than ever before! So many activities to choose from.
Her apt is spacious and looks lovely with all her favorite pieces she loves so much.
The food is so very good, with different choices and served restaurant style!
Love this community, it's excellent for her physical and emotional health!! I am so at peace with her living there, and that is a wonderful feeling!!

I've been to silver birch a couple times & have nothing but great things to say about Lisa. She's very caring & Attentive & always eager to please. She shows true care & compassion & it's such a pleasure to experience that from a member of staff. I truly wish more people were as passionate as her at her job. She is such a pleasure to deal with & be around. I also found other employees to be kind & caring as well. Such a great experience all the way around. I wanna live there. You truly feal the Love.

Very nice community. The fact that there are Private Pay and Medicaid waiver options is great for residents that may need Medicaid options in the future and not have to relocate to a different community.
