Our family will be forever grateful for the hospitality and kindness of the staff at this location. There was one older woman who was a tad passive aggressive and rude at check out, because we had lost our original check out sheet. But other than that our experience was amazing, and we are very grateful ☺️

Our daughter was in the PICU at Toledo and the nurses kept telling us to go here so we could get rest and some thing to eat. I'm so glad they did. This place is great the building is brand new, has ton of things to do. They have a huge play area for kids, a kitchen to make your own food, a living room area with a TV and fire place. There is community food in the kitchen area that you are able to help yourself to. There is also an area to keep food that you buy fridge and freezer. The rooms are decently sized with very comfortable beds and couch. The bathroom has a huge shower! There is a place to wash your clothes and they provide the soap. Dinner is made by community groups or the volunteers of RMDH. This is great place and we are so thankful that we have a place to stay so close to our daughter while getting care! Thank you so much for everything you do for everyone with sick kids! If you are able please dontate to this great cause!

You can feel the Love as soon as you walk in the door. We were her for 6 days, evertime we came on or out someone was there to greet us. Seen and talked to some of the volunteers, watching them stock the shelves for families to have something to snack on. On some days I didn't want to talk to anyone, but with their smiles and sweet words how can you not smile. The security guard was easy to talk to. Sorry my husband scared him. Lol. Thank you all for all you do.

It's been a few years since we stayed here. We're forever thankful for the wonderful time we had there. Everyone was so supportive and always made sure to ask if we had everything we needed. We were there for Christmas and Santa came through to drop presents off for every room. Maddie is 3 now and her favorite blanket is the one she got from RMHC, she also has a collage in her room of things we got during our stay. And some of those dinners were just amazing. We will always be grateful that a place like this exists to help people when they need it most.

This is a great organization that is there to help. Our daughter stayed with them for 42 day after giving birth to twins that couldn't come home. They were very friendly and kind-hearted.

My daughter just had her baby she is fighting for her life and she feel like she is in jail there her other children couldn't be with her and she said she couldn't stay here you shouldn't feel like that I thought places like the Ronald Mcdonald house was supposed to support family going through hard times

Having this available to us while our daughter had surgery was such a blessing and we are so greatful for everything. The staff and all was so helpful and nice and made sure we was aware of all they had to offer. We are very thankful for all you have done and continue to do in making life a little less stressful in rough times like my daughter had to power through. Thanks again for the Stumbo's.
